Founded in 2009 by Dr. Schaub and Jacob, our practice was born from a deep commitment to provide a truly family-centered approach to healthcare. As many independent practices were absorbed by larger corporations, Dr. Schaub and Jacob felt it was crucial to continue offering a personalized, patient-first experience.
OUR SERVICES
We provide point-of-care testing for strep throat, urinary tract infections, urine pregnancy testing, COVID-19 testing and influenza testing. We work closely with local lab and diagnostic x-ray facilities to streamline additional testing that is necessary for patient. We provide same-day acute care visits. We also provide chronic care management for diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension, depression, COPD and many other health conditions. Our providers have spent countless hours working hard to become proficient at providing top-notch medical care. We also work hard to provide mental health care in treating depression, anxiety, ADD, and bipolar along with other mental health conditions.
