Northern Lights Family Medicine was founded in 2009 by Dr. Schaub and Jacob with a vision to provide a "family-first" approach to healthcare. Amidst a trend of corporate buyouts of independent practices, they felt strongly about preserving a patient-centered, family-focused practice where the needs of individuals and families remain the top priority.
In 2020, after 22 years of dedicated service to the community, Dr. Schaub retired, passing on a legacy of compassionate, personal care. At that time, Jacob had been with the clinic for 19 years, steadfastly serving alongside Dr. Schaub to maintain the practice’s high standards of care. In 2022, Colin Rabach joined the team, bringing fresh insights and dedication to providing exceptional medical care aligned with our family-centered, patient-first philosophy.​
